The heart of our worship life is when we gather to worship, celebrate,
and praise God. The congregation gathers for similar services on
Sundays at 8:30 am, 10:00 am, and 11:30 am from September through
early June. We also have a 5:00 pm Saturday night service which
features contemporary music.
During the summer services are held at 9:00 am
and 11:00 am on Sundays and 5:00 pm on Saturdays.
The Lord's Supper
The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper
is celebrated during the first Saturday evening and Sunday morning
services of every month.
Baptism
The Sacrament of Baptism is celebrated once
a month after consultation with the pastoral staff.
Child Care
Reflecting our commitment to children
and families, our church provides child care during every worship
service. Our crèche, located in the administration wing of
the building, is staffed by our child care attendant and welcomes
children from birth through 2 years old.
Church School
We offer the following opportunities for children, youth
and adults from September through early June.
Children
Programs are available for preschoolers
through 6th grade during all worship services. Children also participate
in Family Sunday once a month by attending worship for the first part
of the service with their parents and then leaving for Family Sunday
activities.
Junior and Senior High School Students
Bible study is from 9:45-11:00
am on Sunday mornings. This is a great opportunity for youth to be
together and learn about God's word to them.
Adults
An exciting educational ministry
is offered from 9:45-11:00 am on Sunday mornings. Topics include Bible
study, community issues and theological discussion. Course topics
and guest speakers are announced in the weekly Sunday bulletin and
the monthly Tower Time newsletter. All are welcome.
Summer Church School
During the summer, child care for 3 and 4 year olds is in the Mission
room. Children in kindergarten through 6th grade attend worship
with their families and then, following the children's portion,
they move into the Haven.
