Phase I of the Master Plan

| On September 23, 2001, the congregation approved
the Master Plan developed by our architects George Yu & Associates. This
plan was discussed during our "Tea Time Talks" and "Dessert Dialogues" over
the summer of 2001. Phase I construction is currently underway. |
| This Phase involves three areas of ministry: |
Mission
As a community of faith we will build a "House of Hope." This will
house community outreach & mission functions such as:
 Interfaith Hospitality
Network
Food Pantry
Social Worker/Counselor
Caregivers
|
Legacy of Love
We recognize the importance of children in our midst. To enhance our
Christian Education and Westminster Nursery School we will not only
replace the roof but also look to enhance our educational facilities.

Worship
Lifting up our voices in praise of God is a vital part of our faith.
This new addition will allow our music ministry to grow and our worship
to continue to bring glory to God.

| It is estimated that the cost of Phase I of the Master Plan
will be approximately $3,700,000. We look to our Lord to work a miracle
through the body of PCTR. |
| Through securing the services of Resource Services Inc.,
we moved forward in a planned method to see our Master Plan become the "Master's
Plan." Each of us will be challenged to pray concerning sacrifice towards
our "Legacy of Love." |

| Prayer provides us with guidance as we begin our journey.
Prayer is the best method for each family to determine God's will for them.
Let us join together as the Lord makes His will known to each of us. Let
each of us move forward on our journey in faith, so that visions become
reality! |
