The Urban Promise
Mission in Camden provides mission work projects to benefit a community
that has more than its share of areas in need. 
As part of the Outreach Commission, the Urban Mission Council solicits willing workers in our congregation to actively participate in mission work projects to benefit Camden. The council keep informed on areas in need in Camden and supports fundraisers, such as an annual Golf Marathon, and collection of school and craft supplies. We also endorse sponsorship of individual children enrolled at the Camden Forward School and Day Camp Sites. We also hosted a full day at PCTR devoted to Urban Promise Ministries and a Gospel Choir performance.
