New Member Follow-up
New member assimilation begins when the membership commission forwards the names of individuals who have expressed interests in certain areas of our church life to the appropriate chair of a committee, such as Finance or Outreach, or the leader of an activity such as the choir or Senior Saints.Phone calls are also made to new members within several months of membership to answer any questions which may have come up, ensure they are assimilating, or help members find an activity to help them become more involved.
